Distribution Specialist

A leading organisation is seeking a Distribution Specialist to support warehousing and distribution activities at a busy customer site in Dublin. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse or logistics experience who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
Record inventory movements using warehouse management systems (SAP or similar).
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain accurate inventory and distribution records.
Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines within a regulated environment.
Support materials handling, packaging activities, and warehouse operations.
Requirements
Level 6 qualification or equivalent industry experience.
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments.
SAP or WMS experience is advantageous.
Experience in a regulated industry (pharma, biotech, medical device, etc.) is beneficial.
Forklift license is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
