We are seeking Electrical Maintenance Technician to join the team. Who will form part of existing Technician shift teams in MPCC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe work environment by identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Promptly address equipment failures and issues in a cross-functional setting.
  • Record interventions, including failure codes, and offer solutions for preventative action.
  • Perform planned maintenance routines, including predictive, preventative, and calibration tasks.
  • Complete all Work Orders on time and maintain accurate asset management data.
  • Provide clear written and verbal handovers to colleagues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements for job plans and spare parts.
  • Assist in major equipment overhauls and manage on-site vendors.
  • Support the development of training materials and cross-train colleagues.
  • Assist colleagues and other functions with various tasks, such as setup, sampling, and cleaning validation activities.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams using Operational Excellence techniques to optimize processes.
  • Maintain readiness for audits, adhere to housekeeping standards, and complete training on time.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Minimum Level 6 qualification in Electrical or related field with a mechanical aptitude.
  • 2+ years of maintenance or relevant engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, medical devices, facilities maintenance, or FMCG.
  • Prioritize safety, quality, and reliability in all tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adherence to timelines.
  • Shift work required to support 24/7 site operations.
