EMEA Supply Planner - Fixed Term Contract

An expanding global healthcare manufacturer is seeking an EMEA Supply Planner to join their team on a fixed-term contract. This role comes at a pivotal time as the organisation undergoes significant transformation and expansion, including a major global ERP transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage demand planning exceptions, including forecast bias, out-of-control demand, and unusual month-to-date trends.
  • Optimise statistical forecasting in the Demand Planning tool.
  • Leverage forecast performance metrics to improve accuracy and take corrective actions.
  • Oversee end-to-end material planning across all EMEA sites.
  • Contribute to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring alignment between the demand plan and business objectives.
  • Support data migration and assist with the SAP S/4HANA implementation and optimisation for EMEA supply planning.

Experience & Skills:

  • Ideally degree-qualified with 5-7 years' supply planning experience at a global or regional level in a dynamic supply chain environment.
  • Experience in the Life Sciences or FMCG sector preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning tools and supply chain analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP implementation, particularly SAP S/4HANA, is a distinct advantage.
