European Procurement Manager

Our client, an established FMCG organization that has experienced significant growth through mergers and acquisitions, is seeking an experienced procurement professional to join their regional procurement team. This expansion has created the need for a dedicated individual to manage and develop strategic supplier relationships, ensuring uninterrupted market supply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of multiple regional contract manufacturers.
• Conduct contract negotiation and supplier sourcing activities.
• Engage in the NPD process and source potential new requirements for new products as needed.
• Facilitate supplier selection and vendor relationship management.

Experience Required:

• Ideally degree-qualified with 7-8 years of procurement experience, preferably within the FMCG sector at a regional or global level.
• Proven track record of cost management and excellent contract negotiation skills.
• Experience in managing contract manufacturers is a distinct advantage.
