We seek a skilled Fixed Term Manager, Financial Analyst. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller for Biologics, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of stewardship and control in Biologics Operations Ireland and the Global Biolab. Your expertise will also drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Financial and Management Reporting:

  • Deliver high-quality financial and management reports, including monthly management accounts, budgets, and projections.

• Operational Performance Analysis:

  • Prepare and analyze operational performance, conducting variance and trend analysis to support business planning and decision-making.

• Expenditure Control:

  • Drive expenditure control at the cost centre level for Biologics operations.

• Account Reconciliation:

  • Prepare and review key account reconciliations.

• Audit Support:

  • Support internal and external audits.

• Stewardship and Control:

  • Ensure the highest standards of stewardship and control are maintained.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Required:

• Experienced qualified accountant with a minimum of 2-5 years PQE.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, internal controls, and business partnering.
• Ability to build strong work relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of US GAAP principles and local accounting principles.
• Ability to manage operating budgets and anticipate emerging issues is preferable.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• SAP experience is desired.
