Global Demand Planning Manager

As we add a new global demand function, we're seeking a dynamic Global Demand Planning Manager to be part of our entrepreneurial culture and contribute to shaping our success.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a robust monthly demand planning process.
- Ensure consensus meetings' integrity, incorporating all volume drivers in the forecast.
- Lead effective and efficient consensus meetings for unconstrained forecasts.
- Conduct exception-based Demand Reviews, identifying potential issues and proposing mitigation plans.
- Lead the growing global demand planning function.
- Responsible for global implementation of a new ERP platform.
- Prepare, consolidate, and summarize reports supporting S&OP meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive demand planning managerial experience, ideally with a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Proven understanding of forecasting business processes, systems, and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical skills
