A leading global manufacturer has their  European Headquarters based in Dublin which they are currently expanding. This organisation has multiple global manufacturing facilities and services a wide range of industries . They provide a wide range of products and manufacturing solutions to a broad range of industries including petro-chemical , pharmaceutical , mining and construction . They are expanding their global supply chain team in Dublin and as result are looking to recruit a Global Demand Planning Manager to join their Dublin team.

• This role will report in a VP of Global Supply Chain and will be primarily focused on driving the global S&OP process across multiple distribution hubs and manufacturing facilities.
• There were will a distinct focus of predictive modelling within this global demand planning function to ensure inventory levels are managed at an optimum level throughout the global supply chain and there is effective forecast accuracy throughout the organisation and no disruption to supply.
• This position will also be responsible for managing a global inventory planning team the majority of which will be based in Dublin.
• Another focus of this role will require the individual to develop and implement best practice across all global demand and inventory planning processes.

Degree qualification with 8-10 years demand planning at global or regional level ideally within a high volume manufacturing environment.

People management is essential.

Knowledge of predictive modelling a distinct advantage.

Automotive or electronics sector experience an advantage.
