As the Global SI&OP Manager, your primary responsibility will be to analyse consolidated demand and supply data from various geographical markets. Your insights will drive the preparation of materials for monthly consolidated SI&OP reviews, enabling you to propose and recommend strategies to the Global Supply Chain Planning Function:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Utilize statistical analysis scenario modelling techniques to dissect demand and supply data, uncovering trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor performance against SI&OP plans, providing valuable insights to markets and supporting corrective actions.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Define complex issues, integrate information from diverse sources, and discern interrelationships and patterns to arrive at optimal solutions.
  • Challenge for Excellence: Identify inaccuracies and flaws in reasoning, challenging viewpoints that hinder our KPI achievement.
  • Market Support: Assist markets in comprehending statistical forecasting results, emphasizing the importance of addressing exceptions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous enhancement by staying abreast of developments in KPIs within the global supply chain.
  • Analytics Dashboard: Develop and maintain a consolidated analytics dashboard that will drive demand in the global supply chain, enhancing accuracy and agility in all processes.

Experience Required:

  • 3rd level degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of SI&OP and global planning processes
  • Previous experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proficiency in planning tools such as Rapid Response, SAP IBP, and SAP.
  • Familiarity with SAP, including SAP BW.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Power BI report-building skills.
