We are seeking experienced Senior Procurement Professionals to join expanding global procurement teams at the recently established global corporate office in Ireland.

Our client a global FMCG leader, has over thirty manufacturing sites worldwide and is currently undergoing significant growth through M&A and product development. They are looking to recruit a Global Sourcing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with category leads and senior leadership to advise on the best e-auction category strategy.
• Experience working with e-auction tools (Ariba, Coupa, Workday - Scout RFP, etc.), including vendor onboarding/ongoing management, and catalog management.
• Experience running end-to-end sourcing events, including requirement gathering, supplier analysis, build RFPs and e-auctions, and conduct complex post-event analysis.
• Provide technical support to suppliers before, during, and post RFP and e-auction events.
• Have an understanding of contract terms, including business terms and standard legal provisions.
• Report pipeline savings to category leads and senior leadership regularly.
• Ensure business objectives are met by the team and assigned vendors.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required, advanced degree preferred.
• Six - Eight years strategic procurement within a maufacturing environment ideally at a global or regional level.
• FMCG sector experience would be a distinct advantage.
