An expanding FMCG company experiencing substantial sales growth in existing markets and new categories are looking to recruit a global supply chain planner. Based in our Dublin Head Office, this role provides a unique opportunity to join an established and growing global supply chain which has experienced 20-25% year on year growth .

Responsibilities:

• Drive improved internal demand planning processes
• Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, contributing to career development and capability growth.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Food safety and product safety protocols.
• Develop a robust and fit for purpose S&OP planning processes.
• Work collaboratively with both financial & commercial teams to develop best practice across the global supply chain.
• Escalate significant supply issues promptly and engage with internal stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

• Ideally degree qualified with 3-5 years planning experience ideally within the FMCG sector.
• Strong SI&OP experience with excellent systems experience.
• ERP implementation would be a distinct advantage
• Innovative and can do attitude.
