Our client, an expanding global FMCG, is offering an exciting opportunity within their newly established global supply chain function in Dublin. Due to increased product innovation and M&A activities, they have multiple products at various stages of development. They are looking to hire an experienced Global Project Manager to lead the product life cycle to successful launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Discipline: Ensure effective and visible accountability for all Stage Gate projects for all brands and products within the international business.
  • Cross-Functional Team Management: Influence and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Project Completion: Ensure successful completion of implementation projects, achieving project milestones on time and within budget.
  • Best Practice Implementation: Implement best practice project management techniques to deliver innovations to market efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Cost Management: Work closely with the Finance team to develop the cost of goods for projects throughout the project life cycle.
  • Liaison: Liaise with Finance, Compliance, Liquid Innovation, Marketing, and other relevant parties to commercialize new ideas and/or brands.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Science, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 7-8 years of demonstrable success in leading product innovation projects in a global FMCG organisation.
  • Strong product launch and project management experience.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in best practice project management for delivering consumer products.
