HR Manager - Kildare
This operation is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join and enhance the HR processes onsite strategically as the operation grows.
- Drive all talent acquisition processes for the operation
- Maintain the HR documentation systems
- Manage and enhance the new employee on boarding process
- Manage all employee issues and processes as they arise
- Track employee development programs and reward structures
- Assist the Senior Management team where necessary
- 3 - 5 years HR experience at a Business Partner or HR Manager level
- CIPD Qualification or HR degree is essential
- Experience with change management initiatives
