HR Manager - Kildare

This operation is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join and enhance the HR processes onsite strategically as the operation grows.

Responsibilities

• Drive all talent acquisition processes for the operation
• Maintain the HR documentation systems
• Manage and enhance the new employee on boarding process
• Manage all employee issues and processes as they arise
• Track employee development programs and reward structures
• Assist the Senior Management team where necessary

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years HR experience at a Business Partner or  HR Manager level
• CIPD Qualification or HR degree is essential
• Experience with change management initiatives
