Junior Sales Executive - €25,000 basic plus bonus potential

This well-known operation is currently in a state of growth and they are looking for a Junior individual who is looking to start their career in a Corporate Sales Environment that will offer training and the opportunity to deal with internal and external partners

This role is for a person who has the ability to grow and develop and is the perfect role to build a strong foundation for a long Commercial career.

What You will be Doing:

• The role will have a combination of inbound and outbound calls across the SME sector, all from an allocated and strategically designed call base, and dealing with a broad variety of clients
• Processing inbound queries for existing Client base and learning the detailed processes and how to navigate complex situations
• Understanding and generating Commercial leads and how to process them to maximise their potential
• Directing prospects to the Key Account Team when needed and scheduling appointments & diaries for this Team

What You Need:

• Strong want to grow and develop your career in a commercially strong role
• Good customer care skills and to understand how to communicate with people
• Good written and verbal English with  a strong attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• You should be fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
