My Client is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and proactive Inside Sales Executive to join their sales team. The role of the Inside Sales Executive will be to contribute in generating sales for the company.
What You will be Doing:
- Outbound telesales calls across the SME sector from an allocated call base
- Answering inbound sales calls
- Contacting potential sales leads to inform them about the companys suite of corporate products
- Directing prospects to the Key Account Team when needed and scheduling appointments & diaries for this Team
- Processing sales orders during peak sales periods
What You Need:
- Good customer care skills
- Good written and verbal English
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You should be fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Good administrative skills
