Position: Inventory Controller

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Company Overview:

Join our client's global team in Dublin and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operations. Our client is seeking an Inventory Controller to drive efficiency and meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Inventory Controller, you will:

  1. Support the Master Planner: Assist in developing a Master Production Schedule (MPS) to optimize operation capacity and stock levels.

  2. Production Progress Monitoring: Complete status reports to track production progress and ensure timely completion of customer orders, while adapting to changes in customer demand and materials availability.

  3. Material Coordination: Assist in coordinating the delivery of materials to align with the production schedule.

  4. New Product Support: Play a role in supporting new product development introduction by effective demand and supply planning.

  5. Production Workflow Coordination: Coordinate the production workflow for one or multiple products.

  6. Production Schedule Coordination: Support the coordination of the production schedule, ensuring that production orders are executed efficiently across the site, and customer priorities are optimized.

  7. Production Scheduling: Assist in creating production schedules that minimize downtime while maintaining target inventory levels.

  8. Continuous Improvement: Assist with and coordinate continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in inventory control or related roles.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced global environment.
