Responsibilities:
- As a Master Data Manager with us, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our data management strategy and contribute to our organization's growth and success. Your duties will include:
- Master Data Excellence: Take ownership of managing the entry, maintenance, adherence to standard design, and accuracy of Material Master and Planning Master Data elements for SAP. Your attention to detail will ensure data integrity, enabling us to make informed decisions.
- Requirements Definition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and analyze business needs. Your insights will be critical in developing data solutions that align with our organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Validation: Work closely with stakeholders to validate and refine data solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively and build consensus will be instrumental in ensuring successful implementation.
- SAP 4 Hanna Strategy: Lead the development of the Master Data strategy as our organization upgrades to SAP 4 Hanna. Your strategic vision will guide us through this transition, ensuring a seamless integration of data management processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: While this role will sit within the supply chain function, you will collaborate closely with other functions within the plant, such as manufacturing, engineering, and quality. Your ability to bridge gaps and facilitate teamwork will drive overall operational excellence.
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in Master Data Management and SAP ideally within the life science sector. 5-7 plus experience in master data management
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- A passion for data accuracy and process optimization
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across functions
