We are searching for a tech-savvy superhero to step into a dedicated technical support role. Imagine yourself as the ultimate authority on all things related to our dynamic product line. Your Journey:
- Offer top-tier technical support for our cutting-edge product range, ensuring our customers are ecstatic about our service.
- Collaborate closely with our Product Development Team to create and maintain essential technical support resources.
- Work hand in hand with the Quality Team to ensure our technical support processes are as polished as our products.
- Train our commercial champions in the latest troubleshooting techniques to keep them at the top of their game.
- Be the guardian of quality and compliance, making sure we follow all rules and regulations to the letter.
- Forge powerful connections with your fellow team members from various departments.
- Use your remote technical support skills to solve mysteries from afar, identifying the root causes of issues.
- Keep meticulous records of any technical complaints within our top-secret content management system.
- Ensure any products needing analysis are returned promptly.
- Keep a watchful eye on key performance indicators to catch and address issues before they escalate.
- Lead the charge in improving our data and processes within the technical support department.
- Bring the magic of Operational Excellence to our business and constantly seek ways to enhance our operations.
- Support our business development initiatives and make sure they meet their deadlines.
Your Superpowers:
- Possess a degree in biomedical, electronic, electrical, software, or a similarly fantastic field with technical prowess.
- Bring at least 3+ years of experience in a technical role, especially within the medical device industry or a similarly regulated field.
- Have a track record of dealing with electro-mechanical products with a software/firmware twist.
- Boast stellar communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to motivate yourself.
- Understand quality management system principles like ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 and/or FDA quality system regulations (yes, 21 CFR part 820).
- Command standard PC applications and project management tools with ease.
- Shine as a team player, always ready to tackle challenges with a smile.
- Make presenting ideas and concepts your specialty, captivating audiences effortlessly.
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience in technical support within the medical device industry.
- A preference for working in highly regulated environments.
- Solid competence in IT tools for data analysis and process mapping.
- Possess a global perspective and the ability to thrive in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Master the art of continuous improvement, even waving the Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing banner.
- Be obsessed with detail and committed to delivering quality.
- Have a natural knack for teaching and mentoring.
- Boast experience with embedded C and embedded fundamentals.
- Be unafraid of microcontrollers and popular interfaces like Bluetooth and UART.
- Consider problem-solving your superpower and make decisions like a boss.
- Have a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements and risk mitigation.
- Thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments.
