NPD Project Coordinator - Munster (On-Site)

Do you enjoy identifying product opportunities, bringing new ideas to life, and driving innovation that truly reflects what consumers want? We're hiring an NPD Project Coordinator to support the growth of an exciting product category within a leading Irish food business in Munster.

This is a varied and dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives on being close to the customer, trend-aware, and ready to bring creative ideas to market quickly.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducting store visits and engaging with frontline teams to identify gaps and gather insights
• Analysing market offerings and supporting concept development through benchmarking and testing
• Creating and managing a portfolio of product options for retail partners
• Coordinating development from brief through to launch with cross-functional collaboration
• Supporting a Specification Technologist while reporting into the wider NPD function

Who We're Looking For:

• 6+ years in NPD, food development, or related roles (chef/culinary backgrounds welcome)
• Background in food science, agriculture, or butchery/culinary highly desirable
• Strong awareness of consumer trends, allergens, and product formulation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
