Job Title: Operations Manager

Position Overview: Seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance productivity, and support growth objectives through strategic leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee and manage daily operations, including production, inventory management, quality control, and logistics.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve performance targets and objectives.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve workflow, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to support operational goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field.
• Proven operations management experience in the Food Industry.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management and relevant software.
• Track record of process improvements in fast-paced environments.
