Procurement Administrator

I'm working exclusively with a well-established Irish-owned business seeking a Procurement Administrator to join their growing team. This office-based position offers a brilliant opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full procurement cycle in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Procurement Manager with end-to-end administrative tasks

• Creating and tracking purchase orders and documentation

• Maintaining accurate supplier records and contracts

• Coordinating product trials with customers and service providers

• Helping identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

• Communicating with internal teams and external suppliers

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance (Level 7/8)

• Strong admin and organisational skills

• Comfortable with Excel, Word, Outlook

• A team player with great communication skills and attention to detail

• Someone flexible, proactive, and eager to learn
