Overview: Join our client's dynamic team as a Procurement Business Analyst in a fast-paced financial services company. This role is critical in supporting the procurement function by efficiently retrieving and processing substantial volumes of data from various suppliers. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining the procurement processes and contributing to the achievement of the company's organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve, analyse, and process large datasets from suppliers to support procurement activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Develop and maintain robust data management processes and documentation
• Identify trends and insights from data analysis to drive informed decision-making
• Provide timely and accurate reports to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of procurement systems and tools
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in data analysis and procurement within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, and other databases
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
