Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Product Innovation Manager to join our clients team, focusing on the vitamins and supplements category. As the Product Innovation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing new opportunities to expand our product and brand portfolio, driving growth and competitiveness in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for product innovation within the vitamins and supplements category, aligning with overall company objectives and market trends.

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape within the vitamins and supplements sector.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate new product ideas and concepts, leveraging consumer insights, market data, and technology advancements.

  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation to commercialization, ensuring products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and consumer expectations.

  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and research institutions to explore innovative ingredients, formulations, and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Science, or Engineering. Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in product management, innovation, or new product development within the consumer healthcare, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong understanding of the vitamins and supplements market, including consumer preferences, regulatory requirements, and industry dynamics.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies and innovative product concepts that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.

  • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
