Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support and develop a high-performing production team across shift operations

• Ensure performance targets are met for safety, quality, and output

• Promote and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

• Work closely with other shift managers to ensure consistent and efficient operations

• Report on key metrics and provide operational updates to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing teams in a manufacturing or FMCG environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance setting

• Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 continental shift cycle
