A leading, global pharmaceutical company are looking for a Production Shift Supervisor to join their rapidly growing team based in their Dublin site on a permanent, full-time basis. Key Responsibilities:

• You will contribute to the planning, development and execution of the manufacturing department start up along with the commercial manufacturing development plan
• You will lead shift huddles, planning meetings etc, coinciding with other departments
• You will take responsibility in ensuring that the aseptic products are produced in a timely and safe manner according to specifications, quality standards and other Health Authority guidelines
• You will ensure all validated and calibrated equipment and processes are in use by Qualified Personnel
• You will have a responsibility in monitoring and driving KPI's for the department
• You will identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities across all phases of manufacturing to improve quality, safety, and reliability of processes
• You will interview, hire, and train employees along with assign work and conduct performance reviews

What do you need to be successful in this job?

• 3+ years' experience leading and managing people in a pharmaceutical, GMP, or EU regulated environment
• Bachelors' degree in a science/engineering technical discipline essential
• Previous experience in an aseptic manufacturing facility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills along with being a proactive, self-starter that can make structured decisions on a regular basis
