Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to maintain and improve product and service quality.

  2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications.

  3. Quality Control: Oversee quality control measures, including inspections, testing, and audits.

  4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality.

  5. Documentation: Maintain and update quality documentation, including quality manuals, policies, and procedures.

  6. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends and issues affecting quality and develop strategies for improvement.

  7. Supplier Quality: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of materials and components used in our products.

  8. Audits: Conduct internal and external quality audits and manage corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering).
  • 4 + years experience within a Quality role.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
  • Proven experience leading audits.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
