Job Title: Quality Systems Manager
Job Type: 1-Year Contract
Location: Shercock, Cavan
Are you an experienced Quality Systems Manager looking for a challenging opportunity to make a significant impact? We have an exciting 1-year contract position available at for a skilled professional to join our Client's team. If you are passionate about quality management and have a strong background in implementing and maintaining quality systems, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system in accordance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with quality policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyse quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by establishing and tracking quality metrics.
- Participate in regulatory inspections and audits, as required.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) in quality management, quality systems implementation, and compliance within a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food, or manufacturing).
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles.
- Experience in developing and implementing quality systems, such as document control, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), change control, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse quality data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
