Job Title: Research & Development Project Coordinator

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of R&D projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, engineers, designers, and external partners to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, document action items, and provide updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Support the development and implementation of project management best practices, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive process improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working on global project teams and working across cultures and geographies.
  • 2-4 years in a medium to large organisation, preference to CPG/FMCG
  • Currently holding or actively pursuing a project management certification (CAPM, PMP)
  • Soft skills desired: adaptability, initiative, communicative, forward thinking, agility, problem-solving, troubleshooting, agile
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst being able to inspire change, efficiencies and continuous improvement within a commercial environment.
