Recruitment Consultant - Life Sciences & Engineering Sector - Dublin/Hybrid/Remote

Role Overview:
We are on the hunt for a proactive and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team, focusing on a high-value account within the biopharmaceutical sector.

A background in account management with minimal business development responsibilities is preferred. This role demands a keen understanding of the engineering, quality, and technical positions within the life sciences industry.


  • Manage and nurture one of our flagship accounts, ensuring the delivery of top-tier recruitment services.
  • Utilise advanced sourcing techniques to identify top talent, leveraging our suite of recruitment technologies for efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable positions.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and dedication.
  • Participate in our extensive training programmes for personal and professional growth, including opportunities for further education and certification.


  • A minimum of two years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment processes from sourcing to placement.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of the life sciences and engineering sectors.
  • Proficient in using recruitment technologies and Boolean search techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Enthusiasm for digital marketing and social selling, with an ability to engage with our online community effectively.
