Our Engineering desk is experiencing steady growth-particularly in the construction, energy, and renewables sectors. We're now looking for a driven recruiter with a solid agency background and the ambition to build and eventually lead this desk.

The Opportunity
This is a genuine opportunity to step into a warm, high-potential market with active leads and a supportive structure. You'll work closely with senior leadership, with a clear path to a team lead or management role within your first year.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and grow a 360 Engineering desk focused on contingency recruitment

• Source and place candidates across mechanical, electrical, civil, and project engineering roles

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients across the construction, energy, and renewables sectors

• Work closely with leadership to shape the desk and explore retained/project-based recruitment options

• Take ownership of your own pipeline and work autonomously with support as needed

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience in agency recruitment, ideally within engineering or technical sectors

• Proven experience in contingency recruitment and client development

• A strong network within the Irish construction/engineering market is a bonus

• Self-motivated, commercially minded, and ambitious-keen to step into a leadership role

• Comfortable managing your own time and performance, with a collaborative mindset
