Recruitment Manager

Here at Next Generation, we are expanding our successful and busy team of recruiters and are seeking an ambitious and experienced recruiter to join us as a manager.

We have two offices in Dublin and Cork and offer flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Currently focused on the Life Science and Food industries our consultants work key verticals within these sectors - Supply Chain and Procurement, Engineering, Technical and Quality.

Our requirement for a manager would be within the Engineering and Medical Device fields and ideally you will have a broad range of recruitment experience including both permanent and interim.


Building and growing out a commercially successful desk within Engineering & Medical Devices

Developing and sustaining key client relationships

Working with the Managing Director on individual, team and organisational strategies

Hiring, training and performance managing a team of consultants

Setting and ensuring individual and team goals and targets are achieved consistently

Being an integral part of the management team and embedding our company culture and value into daily activities and team orientation.


Relevant business degree would be an advantage

You have at least three years in a 360° recruitment position and are substantially experienced in business development and client and candidate engagement.

You have at least one year manager/team lead experience and can demonstrate understanding of leadership techniques, principles and practices

You are driven and enjoy the ever-changing nature of recruitment and the risk that it involves.

You have a strong business acumen and are commercially focused with an ability to make the right decision whilst not always having all the necessary information on hand.

You are a naturally organised person who can demonstrate the skills of prioritisation and delegacy.

Like all good managers you lead from the front and are instinctually able to lead and develop a growing team.

Experience of CRM, ATS systems is necessary
