Recruitment Team Lead - Engineering or Science - Dublin

We have been around since 2007 and specialise in Life Science and Food industries particularly focussing on supply chain and procurement, engineering, quality, technical and science-based roles.

As a senior person you would have to share our values of humour, bravery, positivity, good judgement and team work

You have a number of years' experience within either Engineering or Science

You will also be experienced in developing strategies that retain and develop existing client accounts and build new client relationships

You are well versed in client and candidate management - working to find the best solution and outcome for both parties

You have good commercial sense and are confident negotiating with both clients, candidates and colleagues

Training and mentoring others comes naturally to you and you have an inherent interest in leading others
