Team Lead - Compliance

A leading global healthcare organisation are going through a significant expansion and transformation within their global manufacturing and supply chain operations and as a result they are looking to hire an experienced Compliance Team Lead  for a new role within their EMEA commercial regulatory affairs team.

What you will be doing:

• Mentor and provide support to a team of Regulatory Affairs Officers
• Negotiate, communicate and represent RA Compliance effectively
• Monitoring and distributing monthly targeted activities
• Assist Manager with performance reviews and appraisals
• Ensure Quality and regulatory procedures are developed and followed
