A leading global healthcare manufacturer who have grown massively over the last few years through acquisition and have an established global corporate headquarters in Ireland. They are undergoing significant transformation within their global supply chain function. This organisation has multiple global manufacturing sites and a prolific range of products. As part of this transformation they are looking at their global planning processes and how they will need to change to align themselves with the global supply chain blue print for future growth of the organisation. As a result they are looking to recruit a senior supply chain professional to lead their global S&OP planning processes .
- This role will report into a global VP Supply Chain and will be the leader of the global S&OP strategy for the organisation.
- A key priority of this role will be to review the current global S&OP structure and to see what changes need to be implemented to ensure that going forward global S&OP planning are fit for purpose as the organisation transforms the agility of the global supply chain structure to assist their growth and align with M&A policy.
- Another focus of this role is to work closely with senior commercial leadership across all global markets to ensure that global demand translates into accurate forecast for all global markets across the organisation’s portfolio of products. This individual will ensure that the global demand is effectively communicated throughout the supply network to ensure the efficiency of the global supply chain is maintained at optimum levels for all global markets.
- This role will lead a global demand planning team and ensure that all products are planned for effectively and there is no disruption to global supply as the organisation continues to expand across all markets.
Degree qualified with 15 plus years senior supply chain experience ideally within technology, automotive, FMCG or electronics sector.
Extensive global S&OP planning experience is an essential requirement.
Global supply chain transformation experience a distinct advantage.
