A leading global medical device manufacturer with a diverse portfolio of products across a vast network of over 25 manufacturing sites and numerous contract manufacturers worldwide. As a result of a significant transformation in our global supply chain, we are excited to announce the creation of a new global planning team. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Global Supply Planner to join our dynamic organization and contribute to the growth and excellence of our global supply chain operations.

As a Senior Global Supply Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our end-to-end planning processes across our expansive manufacturing network. Your primary focus will be on driving efficiency, enhancing inventory management, and achieving cost savings through process improvements in our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to forecast demand, plan production, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Work with advanced planning tools such as SAP, Tableau, or Power BI to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Lead and participate in re-engineering planning processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a project manager for supply chain improvement initiatives.
  • Drive inventory optimization to meet customer demands while reducing carrying costs.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of products while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Identify and address supply chain bottlenecks and challenges proactively.

Experienced

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of supply planning experience in high-volume healthcare, FMCG, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, Tableau, or Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven track record in re-engineering planning processes and achieving cost savings.
  • Exceptional project management skills are a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
