An expanding specialist pharmaceutical organization who has grown significantly through acquisition in recent years.This organization currently has products in excess of thirty global products outside of the US and is looking to expand this product portfolio into new markets through M&A and also organic growth. As a result they are looking to recruit a new Senior Manager, Global Artwork & Packaging:

Exciting Opportunity: Senior Manager, Global Artwork & Packaging

Join this innovative team as a Senior Manager, Global Artwork & Packaging as they . Reporting to the VP, Global Supply Chain, you'll play a pivotal role in the organisation's expansion:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and manage the art approval workflow at global third-party contract service providers.
  • Establish systems and controls for commercial artwork, product identity, and package process development.
  • Oversee serialization efforts to meet global requirements.
  • Collaborate with Medical and Marketing to recommend technically sound packaging solutions.
  • Ensure proper methods for package qualification, testing, validation, and inspection at contract service providers.
  • Lead label change projects for launches, site transfers, and other labeling-focused initiatives.
  • Implement the Packaging and Artwork Strategy.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for incidents during production activities.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices in packaging and labeling, implementing improvements through clear communication.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, business policies, and relevant regulations.

Required Qualification & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or engineering.
  • 5-7+ years' experience in Packaging/Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.
  • Minimum of 3+ years pharmaceutical packaging experience, managing artwork and labelling control.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP/cGxP requirements for clinical and commercial packaging.
  • Understanding of Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain aspects of labelling.
  • Proven experience in the generation of relevant regulatory sections of IND, BLA, and NDA filings.
