With a focus on expansion and growth, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead tech transfer projects onsite.

Role Overview: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading technical transfer projects onsite and managing associated projects on behalf of the business. This pivotal role involves overseeing the end-to-end process of transferring drug substance technologies, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage tech transfer projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful transfer of drug substance technologies.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective contingency plans when necessary.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring clear communication channels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Previous experience leading end-to-end technical transfer projects within the pharmaceutical or biopharma industry.
• In-depth knowledge of drug substance technologies and manufacturing processes.
• Relevant project management qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
