A leading global healthcare manufacturer who have grown massively over the last few years through acquisition and have an established global corporate headquarters in Ireland. They  are undergoing significant transformation within their global supply chain function. This organisation has multiple global manufacturing sites and a prolific range of products. As part of this transformation they are looking to re-engineer global supply processes and systems in order to improve delivery to global markets.  To lead this transformation they are looking to hire and senior program manager with extensive SAP optimisation :

• This position with report into a Global Director Supply Chain and will be primarily focused of re-engineering SAP utilisation across global distribution processes.
• This role will require the individual to work cross functionally and lead significant change management across both global supply chain processes and the SAP optimisation within those processes in order to deliver significant cost savings and increase the agility within global supply processes.
• As part of this global supply chain transformation program the individual will need to focus in particular on distribution processes where there is currently a disconnect between process and system. As a result the successful candidate will be required to re-engineer the SAP utilisation within global distribution processes.
• This position will require the individual to lead significant change programs within the organisation across technical, supply chain and business operations functions at a global level. Therefor there is a requirement for significant leadership capability and will lead to strong career progression within the organisation.

Degree qualified with 10-12 years plus   supply chain transformation at a regional or global level is required for this position ideally within a high volume manufacturing environment.

Significant SAP optimisation across global supply chain processes is essential.

Excellent project management with ideally a project management qualification.
