An Irish Technology organisation is currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for a permanent position in West Dublin. If you are looking for a role where you will be challenged on a daily basis and continuously learn within then this is the job for you. The role will involve remote support and travel to client site.

You will play a key role in supporting the organisations customers; you will work in operations and on business critical projects. You will have excellent client facing skills and work well in a team. You will have strong experience building customer relationships and have a strong attention to detail.

What you will be doing in the role:

• Resolving complex issues from start to finish remotely and on customer site.
• Providing 3^rd line support.
• Design infrastructure for your customers.
• Manage and deliver important IT projects such as – migrations, implementations, upgrades.
• Performing O365 migrations, server upgrades/migrations, virtualisation implementations.
• Automating where possible.

What you will need:

• 4+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent Windows Server experience.
• Virtualisation experience – Hyper V or VMWare
• Experience with Exchange.
• SQL experience is a distinct advantage.
• PowerShell/Bash scripting.
• Full drivers Licence.
• Knowledge of Azure is a benefit.
• Office 365 experience.
