Our client is a leading single-source supplier and solutions provider for customers operating in controlled environments. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team. The selected candidate will contribute significantly to maintaining service levels and providing essential support to our valued domestic and international customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse activities to meet operational goals.
  • Supervise and train junior warehouse staff as needed.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and audits.
  • Utilize SAP system for inventory management and tracking.
  • Safely operate counterbalance and reach forklifts to move and stack goods.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer orders and resolve any issues.
  • Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems, with SAP experience preferred.
  • Valid counterbalance and reach forklift license with demonstrated competency in operating forklifts safely.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
