Supply Chain Administrator

(Dublin 24 – Tallaght)

Your main duties:

• Coordinate with the manufacturing teams to ensure appropriate levels of prioritization in order to assure supply in line with customer requirements
• Makes necessary adjustments to meet the consensus demand forecast/commercial requirements and inventory targets for all SKU’s
• Supports business warehouse in developing functionality and standard operating procedures and training requirements to meet the needs of the business
• Ensure all new orders are received and entered into the system in an accurate and timely manner
• Be the first point of contact for customers regarding any order matters to include invoices, order reports, delivery delays, back orders, etc
• Liaise with shipping companies regarding all collections, loadings / deliveries for customers, booking in of deliveries, loading of containers, entering of manifest and costings associated with each container (Containers exported across Europe)
• Take part in Continuous Improvement initiatives suggesting process improvements

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience in a FMCG Supply Chain environment
• Knowledge of inventory practices and supply chain processes
• Experience with Freight Management is desirable
• Good analytical skills (in particular working knowledge of Excel)
• Results-oriented and process driven
