Supply Chain & Regulatory Project Coordinator
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Contract: 12-Month Temporary Assignment
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain & Regulatory Project Coordinator to join a leading global life science organisation during a major regulatory transformation programme.
This role will play a key part in supporting the global implementation of regulatory processes across an outsourced supply chain network, ensuring full compliance with EU MDR (2017/745) and related regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate activities across Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Contract Manufacturing partners to deliver MDR compliance.
Track and monitor project deliverables, milestones, and action items to ensure timely completion.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and dashboards to provide clear visibility on progress and risks.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and ensure follow-up on actions.
Support issue resolution and risk escalation to maintain product and regulatory continuity.
Experience & Skills Required
Degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.
3-5 years' experience in project coordination or operations within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector.
Strong understanding of global regulatory compliance and outsourced manufacturing operations.
Experience with EU MDR (2017/745) or similar regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and project management tools.
