Role Overview: As the Supply Chain Manager, you will spearhead end-to-end supply chain operations at our cutting-edge manufacturing facility. Your focus will be on enhancing efficiency while leading and empowering a cross-functional supply chain team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with demand planning and production to align with market requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end supply planning, ensuring timely capacity delivery through effective production planning and scheduling.
• Ensure accurate reporting of plant-wide supply data metrics from ERP/MES systems.
• Manage raw material/packaging consumption and processing yield, optimizing material flows.
• Develop warehouse strategies for optimal space utilization and material flow.
• Lead business continuity planning for material supply and plant capacity.
• Coach and develop the local supply chain team, fostering performance and cross-functional collaboration.
• Focus on team development to establish robust succession plans for critical roles.
• Drive team engagement and foster solid relationships with material suppliers.

Experience Required:

• Degree qualified with 5-8 years of supply chain experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong supply planning and materials management skills are essential.
• Experience in lean manufacturing or operational excellence is highly advantageous.
• Proven leadership in people management and warehouse operations.
