This is a full-time permanent job based in Dublin .

What will you do in this job?

• Responsible for managing the business relationships with contract manufacturing organisations (CMO's)
• Coordinate daily and weekly the supply and service related activities with the CMO
• Responsible for the ERP based activities execution (place purchase order, perform goods receipting, issue forecast to CMO)
• Ensure all administrative activities with the partners (internal and external) are executed timely, accurately and in good order
• Lead the tactical partnership with the CMO and manage the supply flow and the CMO customer service performance

What do you need to be successful in this job?

• You have a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or similar
• You have 2-3+ years' experience in a similar role (operational/quality/procurement/supply chain experience from regulated industry)
• Strong computer literacy skills and experience working with an ERP system
• Strong communication skills
• Good numeric skills and excellent attention to detail
