Title: Supply Planner

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Supply Planner for a leading food manufacturer in Naas, Co. Kildare. As a Supply Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain.

This is a permanent, full-time position (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory plans
• Work closely with production teams and sales teams to ensure that production plans align with customer demand
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
• Analyse supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management, reduce lead times, and increase efficiency
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, production schedules, and supplier performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain planning or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
• Understanding of inventory management principles and techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
