Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Systems Support Analyst with a leading Irish Organisation with a global presence; the role is based in West Dublin. This is a permanent role. Within the role you will provide functional support for MS Dynamics. This will include BAU and project work. The organisation is looking for someone who is looking to use their skills to add great value to the business but also looking for someone who is interested in developing their skillset and achieving career progression/growth.

What you will be doing in the role.

• Supporting a number of ERP Systems within the organisation.
• Supporting MS Dynamics AX 2012.
• Working on implementations.
• Working on and delivering critical ERP projects.
• Being the 2nd line in support for all MS Dynamics issues.
• Documentation, contributing to knowledge base.
• Training users to best use the system.
• Creating best practices and implementing your own ideas/strategies.

What you will need:

• 3+ years' experience working with ERP systems/projects.
• Experience supporting is a distinct advantage.
• Experience with any of the following ERP systems MS Dynamics AX 2012, MS Dynamics NAV, MS Dynamics Business central.
• Knowledge of D365 is a distinct advantage.
• Experience managing small projects is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP implementations.
