Talent Sourcer/Delivery Specialist/180 Recruiter/Resoucer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Delivery Specialist / 180 Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for our two senior consultants. Your primary focus will be on finding high-quality candidates who meet our clients' specific requirements and contributing to the success of our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with senior consultants to understand client needs and job specifications.
  • Maintain and update our candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide regular updates to senior consultants on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Assist in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.


  • Proven experience in a recruitment or sourcing role, preferably within the life sciences or food industry sectors.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and match them to appropriate roles.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
