In Next Generation we're currently seeking a Telephony Support Engineer for a daily rate contract with a global company based in Dublin City Centre. What you will be doing in the role.

• Provide telephone related support to a busy callcentre.
• Supporting and developing IP telephony related systems.
• Supporting the organisations mobile phones/devices.
• Point of contact for all telephony related queries.

What you will need:

• A background in IT Support.
• Experience supporting VOIP Telephony systems.
• Working knowledge of Aspect ACD, Verint V11 or V15 & Genesys PureCloud.
• You will be a person that enjoys a challenge and can take initiative and learn new things quickly.
