In Next Generation we're currently seeking a Telephony Support Engineer for a daily rate contract with a global company based in Dublin City Centre. If you are looking to work in a well-known global brand where you will be challenged in your role and work in an exciting environment then this is the role for you.
What you will be doing in the role.
- Provide telephone related support to a busy callcentre.
- Supporting and developing IP telephony related systems.
- Supporting the organisations mobile phones/devices.
- Point of contact for all telephony related queries.
What you will need:
- A background in IT Support.
- Experience supporting VOIP Telephony systems.
- Working knowledge of Aspect ACD, Verint V11 or V15 & Genesys PureCloud.
- You will be a person that enjoys a challenge and can take initiative and learn new things quickly.
