Training Coordinator in Dublin

My client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a Training Coordinator to join their Dublin team in a fixed term contract for 12 months.

You will be responsible for:

• Overall administration of the site operational training improvement plan
• Oversighting and reporting execution of improvement plan
• Coordinating with technical writers and trainers
• Creating and maintaining Operations Training Matrices to reflect the training requirements for the site
• Participating in coordinating audits across the site ensuring the site is audit/inspection ready in relation to all the training requirements
• Delivering training as appropriate and scheduling operational site training sessions
• Maintaining site training materials, including Training Work Instructions (TWI) & Standard Work Instructions (SWI)

Requirements:

• Comply with Health & Safety, Environmental, CGMP regulations and company standards
• Understanding of CGMP'S
• Proficient in Microsoft Work, Excel
• Ideally Third Level Degree
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a Life Science company
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent attention to detail and structured approach to work
