Join our dynamic team as a Transport Control Tower Specialist, where you'll take the helm in managing and coordinating Freight transport and performing freight invoice auditing within our Global Supply Chain. Get ready for an exciting journey!

Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimation:

    • Accurately estimate transport costs in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
    • Manage charge codes, financial ledger/cost center coding with precision.
  • Stakeholder Communication:

    • Provide precise transport information to regional managers, carriers, 3PLs, and internal teams.
    • Ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Query Resolution:

    • Review, assess, and respond to queries and correspondence via the control tower shared mailbox.
    • Act as a point of contact for issue resolution.
  • Invoice Management:

    • Integrate Freight Invoices into the TMS system.
    • Ensure alignment with corresponding shipments.
    • Address missing costs or charge codes.
  • Invoice Auditing:

    • Conduct comprehensive audits of freight invoices following control tower guidelines.
    • Detect and rectify charge discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
  • Discrepancy Handling:

    • Register discrepancies with reason codes and descriptions.
    • Manage invoice discrepancies diplomatically.

Qualifications:

  • 3rd level business qualification or relevant experience.
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain and Global Freight Forwarding.
  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Excel, and MS Word.
