Procurement Director - Indirect Services (Interim)

Location - Dublin/Cork
A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Procurement Director - Indirect Services to support a period of significant business transformation.
This role will lead the strategy and delivery of a broad indirect services portfolio, with particular emphasis on technology and professional services. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will drive commercial outcomes, supplier performance and market engagement across a complex, regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
Develop and deliver category strategies aligned to transformation and modernisation priorities
Lead complex sourcing activities, commercial negotiations and contract delivery
Provide clear commercial insight, cost control and value delivery across indirect spend
Manage senior stakeholder relationships and contribute to executive-level governance
Ensure robust supplier risk, compliance and regulatory alignment
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the supply base
Experience required
Senior leadership experience across indirect procurement categories
Strong background in technology and/or professional services procurement
Proven delivery of large-scale commercial outcomes in complex organisations
Experience operating within regulated environments, ideally financial services
Ability to influence at executive and board level
Available immediately or at short notice
