Procurement Project Manager - Construction
Location: Ireland (preferred) / Remote options considered within Europe
Travel: Required across Western & Central Europe
Sector: Construction - Data Centres, Industrial, Warehousing
Type: Permanent

An expanding European construction business is seeking to appoint a Procurement Project Manager to support its growing portfolio of regional projects across the continent. With a focus on large-scale developments such as data centres, logistics hubs, and distribution centres, this role offers the opportunity to join a high-performing procurement function at a critical phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement activities across multiple large-scale construction projects.

  • Lead the pre- and post-contract award process, including tendering, evaluation, and appointment of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) contractors and suppliers.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure robust and compliant procurement delivery.

  • Provide on-site support where required, ensuring procurement strategy aligns with project execution.

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across engineering, project management, and site-based teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.

  • 5-7 years' experience in construction, with at least 3 years of on-site project exposure.

  • Demonstrated experience managing CSA procurement packages in large-scale builds (e.g. data centres, warehouses).

  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from tendering through to contract execution.

  • Ability to travel frequently to projects across Western and Central Europe.

  • Fluent English; a second European language such as German, Portuguese or Spanish is advantageous.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Confident stakeholder manager, with a solutions-focused and commercially aware approach.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong pipeline of high-value, technically complex projects across Europe. You'll be joining a supportive team environment with long-term career growth opportunities.
